计算自最小值出现以来的时间.

Description:

给定一个数字列表和相应的日期时间索引,找到最小值的时间,并返回自其发生以来的时间.此计算使用实例ID的截止时间进行.

如果多个值等于最小值,则使用最先出现的最小值.
