修复 ImageGrid 的单色条填充

ImageGrid 在 cbar_mode="single" 模式下，不再在 cbar_location 为 "left" 和 "bottom" 时在轴和颜色条之间添加 axes_pad。如果需要，可以使用 cbar_pad 添加额外的间距。
