重复¶

REPEAT(str, len)

通过重复字符串将指定字符串扩展到指定长度。如果字符串的长度小于len参数，将截断字符串。

例如：

REPEAT('abc', 7) =='abcabca'
REPEAT('hello world', 5) =='hello'
