使用Workbench (AEN 4.2.0)#
Workbench 是一个文件查看器和管理器，包括文件编辑器和文件权限管理器。
您可以使用Workbench来：
- Upload and download files using the 文件管理器.
- Create new files and folders using the 文件管理器.
- Copy and move files to new locations using the 文件管理器.
- Rename files and/or folders using the 文件管理器.
- Manage the 访问权限 of team members.
- Grant or revoke 非团队成员访问.
Workbench 还包括一个简单的终端应用程序，这非常方便，因为文件管理器始终可见，使得导航变得简单。

- The Toggle icon displays or hides the File Manager.
- The Terminal icon opens a simple terminal window.
使用文件管理器¶
文件管理器是一种直观的方式，用于与您的文件和文件夹进行交互。
使用选项下拉菜单¶
执行以下任何操作：
- Right-click on any folder to display the options drop-down menu.
- Select one of the following options:
- New File—Create and edit a new file.
- New Folder—Create a new folder.
- Upload File—Upload a file to the selected folder. You can also drag a file to the folder.
- Permissions—控制对文件和文件夹的访问.
- Cut—Cut the selected file or folder.
- Copy—Copy the selected file or folder.
- Paste—Paste a previously cut or copied file or folder.
- Delete—Delete the highlighted file or folder.
- Rename—Rename the highlighted file or folder.
使用文件编辑器编辑文件¶
在文件管理器中双击任何文本文件。
文件编辑器在右侧窗格中打开：
当你完成文件的编辑后，点击保存按钮。
注意：要关闭文件而不保存，请点击文件名下方页面顶部的X。
